I've been getting increasingly frustrated trying to play Minecraft offline when our WiFi goes out all the time or when Minecraft server goes down. I live in the middle of nowhere in Montana. I would love to be able to play with the skins and texture packs still in use even when the internet's down. I would appreciate this to be fixed. Thanks.

It's on single-player when the internet goes off. I can't access skins and texture packs when the internet is off, it only reverts back to the default Steve and vanilla texture. If this keeps up, I've been thinking of buying Conan Exiles or Ark Survival Evolved because they can be played offline with all the DLCs.
