Unable to load Marketplace content while offline

I was never able to do this in previous versions. If you are not signed in the game cannot verify that you have a license to use the content.

Basically, I am able to login while I have Wi-Fi connected. if I turn off internet on my device it will still load with my gamer tag, but not allow me to use resource packs or even custom skins that I loaded in game. In previous versions of the game, I was able to load my custom skin and my purchased resource packs while offline as the content was previously downloaded. Now it removes my downloaded content and makes me reapply the resource pack when I have internet again.

For me, Yes, affecting Release 1.20.80. Skins won't load without the internet (not even ones stored on the device, despite having evidence of the game caching Persona items and skin-packs), World templates (downloaded from Marketplace) in Create New screen can't load without the internet.

Same problem, i noticed recently. Ps4 pro bedroc version 1.20.81

When offline, every pack I downloaded disappear, texture and add-on packs cant be found.

I only see the "worlds" from marketplace  but they are locked, there a little qhite padlock pic, and i cant use them as model when creating a new world.

Besides, existing world, where were active packs, just turn default with default texture minecrafg and nothing else

Another thing: when offline, i cant use any of the skins/ character i usually use while the internet is on.

They too disappear, and the only available are a couple of default skin, the dark-coloured skin ones. Alex and Steve are not set by default and besides they doesnt even appear. I cqnt even create new ones with default settibngs nothing

This issue is HALF SOLVED as for today after new update 1.21.2. I couldn t upload video due to size so i upload pics. In order are:

DRESS ROOM WITH INTERNET ON: you can see my charaters and skins available, I can change with other downloaded skins from clicking the left panel, i can edit my characters

DRESS ROOM WITH INTERNET OFF: I open Minecraft with already internet off. NO PREVIOUS CHARACTER/SKIN available, can't access to skins from left panel, cant acces even classic skins, cant of course edit character. In game it applies Steve or Alex or other default skin

CREATING WORLD WITH AND WITHOUT INTERNET: this part is SOLVED TO ME:

• INTERNET ON: I can download the purchased packs, textures, mash-up and i can activate them in the world.

• INTERNET OFF: I can ACTIVATE the ALREADY DOWNLOADED PACKS to the world. Packs previously purchased but not downloaded cant be obviously dowloaded now.

IN both this situation i could create a world using few of my packs.

Crazy how Mojang keeps advertising things like dynamic worlds on the Marketplace, and then once offline none of them show up anymore. Not even templates that you imported from files on your computer.

Still I can t access my edited skins while offline, it only drops default skins differents from Steve ot Alex. The moment i turn internet on, even while still in game, i manage to access my edited skins
