I connected the wrong Microsoft account to my ps4 account and the "clear account sign in data" button isnt working. Whenever I try to sign in on the current account it just says something went wrong.

I have the same issue.

I have even uninstalled everything on my PS4 related to Minecraft and reloaded, not good still.

It looks like this bug report is for the Minecraft Bedrock Codebase but has accidentally been logged against the Bedrock Dedicated Server product.
