Same issue for me as well. I have looked EVERYWHERE! No good still.
Still not working for me either.
I have deleted everything Minecraft related on my PS4 and started over.... still no good.
What do i need to do now?

I have even uninstalled everything on my PS4 related to Minecraft and reloaded, not good still.
Same for me. Reset my password, logged back in, still no good!
