So I own a realm I run thru my Xbox and I recently discovered I was being double charged. I went to my Microsoft account and cancelled one of the subs, and soon renewal time was promptly charged for the other renewal, however my realm states it is expired. This is very frustrating as I've paid double the last 5 months and now cannot access it despite having made a normal payment this month.

This sounds similar to my problem. There is no clear place to continue or extend my subscription. I ended up with two extra accounts that I did not want or need. I eventually got my old aount paid for but was stuck with two accounts I did not want. I was never refouned. I am need to extend my subscription again but I am afriad to wast my money. I help my friends and family with their accounts but until I get a clear answer I can not see myself wasting thier money.

It looks like your problem relates to the Minecraft Bedrock Codebase but has accidentally been raised in the Bedrock Dedicated Server section.
To make sure your report gets seen by the right people I would suggest raising your issue against the "Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)" project instead.
However, given your issue relates to billing I would suggest contacting Mojang or Microsoft directly as this is a board for game related bugs rather than billing or account issues.
