Same here the help article shows my how to fix the child account. I am not a child nor do I have children. Is this saying I need to start a child account? My account has theses suggested settings allowed as shown but I still get the same error even after a shut down and being unplugged for 20 min.

What the HELL!!! I just had the two unwanted minecraft Realms that I had named as unwanted and then deleated brougt back and exteneded. I am pissed!!! The mine craft reams acount I have been playing is still expired. stop wasting my money on acounts I do not want!!! how hard is this? Did you even see the names of the acounts you brought back? The one I have been using has my game tag nam on it. The other ones have not been used. I did not want that purchase. The one I did you have ignored. I am so mad right now.😞:flag_on:👎

Still waiting for a solution. Something as simple as payment towards extending my minecraft account subscription. I want to pay you money to continue playing on my old minecraft realms account and I still just see language that describes starting a brand new account. I don't want to start from the begining. My friend and I put in too much time into this account to want to start over. Please help.

This sounds similar to my problem. There is no clear place to continue or extend my subscription. I ended up with two extra accounts that I did not want or need. I eventually got my old aount paid for but was stuck with two accounts I did not want. I was never refouned. I am need to extend my subscription again but I am afriad to wast my money. I help my friends and family with their accounts but until I get a clear answer I can not see myself wasting thier money.
