No LAN announce changing ipv6 port

Hi all, i create a local bedrock server and everything work fine untill you try to change the ipv6 port.

I'm talking about the LAN, i don't need external connection, the server is running in a pc windows 10 machine with the firewall turned OFF.

If i leave the port as in the stock server.properties every work fine and even changing the ipv4 port i can see the server in the list friesnds LOCAL worlds.

But if i try to change the ipv6 port the server has not been announced as local server.

if i manually add as external server everything works fine.

This could not be a problem but XBOX can't addΒ external server so it can't connect to a server with ipv6 port modified

Hi Francesco,

This report has just been moved across from the MCPE project and I noticed that it was raised a few patches ago.

Is this still an issue for you on the latest release?

Hi Francesco,

I've just tested this myself and it does not appear to be an issue on the latest version. I changed the IPv6 port on the BDS instance to 19140 and started the server. I then loaded Minecraft and the server name, status and number of logged in users was shown as expected.

Because the report is old and I'm unable to reproduce the issue I'm going to ask for this to be closed as Awaiting Response. However never fear! If the issue is still a problem for you, please comment here and the report will re-open.
