My saplings won't grow at all. I've waited for days, I've given them bone meal, I've moved them to better locations, and they still won't grow. I've had this issues for days now.

Are they dark oak? Dark oak you have to put several saplings in adjacent blocks and wait. I've noticed that a lot of saplings on ps4 aren't growing like they used to. I will plant several saplings a good distance apart and a few never grow without bonemeal
It's all of the saplings. I've tried to grow jungle, spruce and dark oak, and none of them are growing.
