No one can log in the server. The message that pops us says "Cannot join world. The account that you are playing on is currently playing in this world on a different device" Not even accounts that have never been on the server. This server is private and only 4-8 players play. None have shared the ip.

We will need more information to try to reproduce this.
Information such as operating system, version, any errors or issues in the console, any changes in your server.properties from a clean download, the types of clients attempting to connect (ios, android etc) and even a copy of your server and world files may help.
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.
