Summary
I’ve created a dedicated server – official Bedrock for Linux. Running a survival world with cheats disabled.
Joiners have equal capabilities, in-game achievements can be obtained.
But.... everyone can see the server’s seed, in the settings window (screenshot attached).
[media]Steps to reproduce...
Create a Bedrock server, survival mode, cheats disabled (server software version 1.16.1.02 Linux)
Login to server on any device
Open settings > World > Game
Scroll down to Seed
What I expect should happen...
The world’s seed is hidden
What actually happened...
The world’s seed is visible to everyone
How this impacts BDS
Everyone can create a duplicate world on their devices, explore it in creative mode with cheats, search for locations etc. Then come back to the server and have unfair advantage over other players, unlock achievements easily.

I think this might be a quick fix with the current UI system, so I'll take a look, If not, it'll have to wait until we do a UI refresh of this screen.
Could I please ask you to update your report to more clearly identify what the problem is you are reporting. Its not enough to link to an external page as that page may not always be available. You mention you can't whitelist with a non-cheat server which isn't accurate so I'm a little confused.
If the comments on that post are correct and it works the same way in both editions this is likely to be deemed a feature request which would belong on https://feedback.minecraft.net but if you're unsure I'm happy to test once you've updated the report.
