[BDS-8335] "could not connect with the world"

Both in the original version of the game on disc and in the digital version that I bought on the PlayStation Store, when trying to join a world in online multiplayer I get "COULD NOT CONNECT WITH THE WORLD"
I have already contacted the PlayStation support service and both the connection and the console are okay. So the problem is with the MOJANG server. Please help me as soon as possible.
