I already sign in and then I created a new world after that it's said online play is not rated and then this give me a 2 changes proceed or back when I press proceed it doesn't give me multiplayer my friend can't get into my room and then I ask my friend to do it on his divice and he make a room 1 think I know that I can get into his room but he can't get into my room please fix this

The online play warning is normal and expected. With that said there is no info on what your issue is. If you're unable to connect to each others game, this is often due to network issues (a technology called NAT interferes, more info can be found at MCPE-36190.
