[BDS-9610] My friend plays ps4 I play xbox and when I go to join their server it doesnt appear there and we try everything,now every time we want to play they have to COMPLETELY uninstall their game and redownload it just for me to join

I play xbox my friend plays ps4. If we get on and he gets on the server he created I cant join it doesnt show that anyone is on in my friends list so to solve this HE HAS TO COMPLETELY delete his game and reinstall it just so we can get on the same serve You should see why im mad. Fix it.
