[MC-100489] 1.9.2 not able to join 1.9 servers

I went on mc in 1.9.2 and went to add this server. I will not put the ip. After i type it in i click join and i crash. it does not give the crash area but it says i joined then crashed. later when i tryed minimized i could join.

Incomplete without a crash report from ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]). Please attach it to this ticket so that we can diagnose your issue.
