Why does it say "Won't Fix"? This breaks my decorations! I want to properly set the mouth position to look beautiful but it always breaks when I reload the world. This needs to he fixed.

Because Mojang doesn't want to spend time/effort to fix this. They're saying if it ever gets fixed, good, but they're not going out of their way to do so, as the time is better spend on doing other things.

Why? You need to spend time. Minecraft is a game which is supposed to have unlimited creativity but this bug limits my creativity by mistake.
