dragon wont re-spawn on server

What I expected to happen was the beams that ignite the crystals would start*

What actually happened was...:the beams wont start

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place crystals
2. nothing happens

sidenote: It did work the first time

I don't want to explain why that doesn't work...

The level.dat file contains no information about the blocks, mobs, etc. in the world. Please attach the whole world folder.

i dont know how to do that it wont let me add a folder
