As shown in the pictures the game is practically invisible since everything in the game looks broken it seems to me like a broken texture issue. I Opened a new world and boom everything is red green and blue like crazy and you cant play the same since you can barely see the ice under your feet. Everything becomes messed up lines that isnt playable!

Intel graphics card driver issue, see MC-32606
Thank you for links and info but I reopened the same world today in the new snapshot and it seems to be working just find without needing to change anything. Maybe it was a first time start up issue or something

A broken graphics driver doesn't repair by a Minecraft snapshot. Sooner or later you'll face the same issue again.
FYI, at least in my experience this bug tends to be tied to system resource usage, so if you've got a lot of other stuff running in the background it happens more often. So sometimes it'll disappear only to randomly reappear later.
You'll still want to follow the steps to fix it even if it's not happening right now; doing so will generally reduce lag (at least a bit).
Im confused because both of u seem to have shown me different errors and im basing this on the pictures so which steps do i follow pokechu or kuma
Kuma's instructions in your case. The steps depend on graphics cards; my steps apply to AMD graphics cards but one of the screenshots shows that you have an Intel graphics card. Thus you should follow MC-32606. Though in both cases the instructions generally are upgrading graphics card drivers and enabling VBOs.
Enable VBOs and update your graphics card driver. This is caused by MC-62958 (more info there).
