1. Give yourself jump boost 2.
2. Walk up to a 2 block high wall.
Result: Doesn't jump, although you could jump up.

It's only exactly one block high, so you can't auto-jump on repeaters one block above your height. Added that and changed some other things.
Please revert your changes, what you added is MC-102043.
Did it. The "related" link is ok, but I think it's the same reason for both bugs, that's why I didn't look for a bug for the other thing, but instead put it in here.
