[MC-103887] Connection lost message, if a server is full, leaks memory

When i am connecting alot to 2b2t, i slowly accumulate java heap, eventually this would lead to a OOM, althoe it hasent happened to me yet, except it ran out, and did not quite crash. But i still had to restart minecraft

Is this still an issue in the latest snapshot 16w44a? If so please update the affected versions.
