[MC-10447] Pick up framed renamed/enchanted items / written book gives a unnamed / unenchanted / unwritten item

When you pick up with "MOUSE 3" (Pick block) an item enchanted dont give you the item WITH THE ENCHANT

Confirmed, but only when picking items in frames.
When picking in the hotbar (creative mode), the enchantment is copied.

Confirmed in 1.8.1, 1.8.2, 1.8.3, and 1.8.4. Fixed in 1.8.0 though, at least that was right!
