easy difficulty causes lag

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) to this ticket.

For both having lag and not having lag.

the lag is for first 10 minutes only

Then:
Play one Minute -> Force a crash
Rejoin the world
Play 20 Minutes -> Force another crash

i use optifine for a problem when minecraft opens, the 1.7+ render motor isn´t compatible with the graphic card Intel Graphics media accelerator 3600
