[MC-105727] Switching off fullscreen resets structure files

How to reproduce this bug:

-Launch Minecraft 1.10.2
-Press F11 in main menu to switch to fullscreen mode
-Open a world and save structures using structure blocks
-Press F11 again to go back to windowed mode in pause menu

-> The structure folder resets, meaning all new structure files are gone and overwritten files are set back to their previous state

How exactly are you saving the structures?

Are you saving manually or with redstone?
