[MC-105783] Cured zombie villagers will not farm crops

Tested in Single-Player and Multi-Player on all difficulties.

Villager Zombies spawned with a Spawn Egg or Mob Spawner, when cured, will not automatically farm crops. They will accept seeds but do not plant, harvest, or manually pickup seeds.

What was the villager's profession? (Is this the same as MC-48593?)

I've tried all professions, none farm. They also appear to be incapable of breeding.

This is not the same as MC-48593, and it is most certainly not resolved.
