[MC-106008] Can't Spawn Baby Mule/skeleton horse By Right-Clicking Adult

Attempting to spawn a baby Mule by right-clicking an adult variant does not work. I have tried multiple different Mule entities and still cannot spawn one. All other "Horse" variants spawn baby counterparts just fine, it's just Mules that have an issue.

Only animals that can have babies will spawn their babies that way.

This is an intended feature. In real life, mules can't reproduce, because they have an odd number of chromosomes. They can only be bred by breeding a horse and a donkey together. This is also true in Minecraft. I really like this feature, because it's probably the only breeding mechanic in Minecraft that is actually accurate.
