Skeleton horses and mules babies can and cannot spawn in certain cases.

I expected certain horses to be able to spawn baby variants or not spawn them at all, but skeleton horses and mules will only have a chance to spawn babies when spawned and you cannot spawn a baby variation of a mule inside the mule, same applies to zombie horses, and you cannot reproduce this with other horse variants.
