[MC-10633] You cant look through ice if you have it in your hand, but you can if it is placed

I saw you cant look trough ice if you have it in your inventory or in your hand. This is a kinda anoying with some texturepacks and for some people 🙂

Edit: You can't Look Trough Stained Glass too, if you have it in your hand (thanks to zombie hunter)
