[MC-107042] cant play have taken all the steps to fix

Have updated to he latest nvidia drivers, have tried many different versions of Java, always crashes.

a selection of Java versions tried:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jdk1.7.0_60\bin\javaw.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\Minecraft\runtime\jre-x64\1.8.0_25\bin\javaw.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_101\bin\javaw.exe

Absolute latest nvidia drivers installed and verrified (369.26 released 2016.9.6)

Technical support is useless. There is no ticketing system (other than this jira), now way to talk to a support person, no way to see status of the issue. You can only send an email then wait, wait wait. The reason people have to use jira is out of frustration about the lack of support or support tools.

In short, Java is trying to access your intel integrated drivers, which are outdated. Force java on the nvidia gpu in the nvidia control panel. Common problem with Optimus setups.

@Mustek. Sadyly, the Javaw is forced on the Nvidia card, thats the first thing I did. I am also running in the mode which puts everything on nvidia card. I will attach the screen shots which show this.

Screen shot showing the minecraft java running on the dedicated graphics (not the intel one). Everything is set to turn on dedicated graphics AND the minecraft javaw was also manually added on the dedicated graphics to make sure.

I notice that the error output shows "Windows 10 (amd64) version 10.0.
this laptop is running the intel i7, NOT amd.
I dont know if this has any bearing on the issue.

Please note, I contacted support via the link you provided (https://help.mojang.com/customer/portal/emails/new ), and got a replay back saying they dont offer support with game issues, only billing.
So unfortunately, I have yet to find out how to contact your technical support except via this jira system.

I tried that tool - there is no way to type or enter text. Its bewildering, and I have been using internet since the days of 1200 baud modems. I presume one has to create an account for it, but there are no links to do this or help. This is possibly the worst tool for support I have ever seen.

Where is the technical support ticketing system?

How does one open a support case, not just chat on IRC (Which I have not yet managed to do)

Sorry to be so frustrated, I know whoever is reading this is not the fault.

There's no offical technical support, it's all ran by the community (like this bugtracker).
If that webclient doesn't work, it's the irc.esper.net network and the channel #minecrafthelp

Sorry, I had no idea there was no official technical support. So one can buy the game, then never be able to play it if the volenters/community cant fix, but majang still pockets the money. I am surprised this is allowed.

I still cant figure out where to create an IRC account, do you know? Even www.esper.net has no mention or link, and without an account, you cant type anything in.

Fixed - The solution was to manually update the lintel 4000 graphics drivers, even though the game is using the nvidia card, and windows updates are up to date.
