[MC-107192] Uncraftable potion at /give "custom effect"

When using this command :

/give @p potion 1 0 {CustomPotionEffects:[{Id:1,Amplifier:0,Duration:600}]}

We receive a speed potion 30 seconds, of colour blue.

But, I receive a uncraftable potion of colour pink.
This is the same with tipped arrow

PS : Sorry for my bad english, I don't speak relly good english (I'm French) ^^

Add Potion:"minecraft:water" (you can leave out the "minecraft:").

I am not sure about that. An uncraftable potion could probably have any color and they chose purple without a glint now.
