[MC-107228] Scrolling speed is insanely fast on Mac os sierra trackpad

The speed of scrolling is normal outside of Minecraft, but when I scroll through the items in the slot bar, it goes absolutely crazy.

@SunCat, I don't believe my bug report was a dupe. Considering my issue wasn't started until I upgraded to Mac os Sierra which came out recently, whilst this "dupe" thread was made in 2015.

Yes the same thing happened to me as I upgraded to MacOS Sierra
