[MC-107838] Can't place item in shulker box with dispencer

While dispensers can place a shulker box, they can not place items inside of a shulker box. This may be intended behavior but I'm not certain.

Nevermind. I'm an idiot. I tried placing a shulker box in a shulker box with a dispenser. Obviously that's not supposed to work. Sorry.

Can we just pretend I am not an idiot? Dispensers don't put items in chests. droppers do that...
