minecraft crashed after joining a server or single player world

Hi all,

I've got a problem with my minecraft: as the title suggest, my minecraft crashes when joining any world.
what happens: when I join a world or server my Minecraft becomes white (like when something stops working in Windows) and then Windows says "Java(TM) Platform SE binary stopped working " and can't find a solution

I do play with mods sometimes, but i've completely removed everything, including the .minecraft folder and reinstalled everything (without the mods), but it still doesn't work.
I tried with different worlds and changed all video settings to be as low as possible and it still doesn't work.

My JVM arguments are set to the following:
-Xmx1G -XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -XX:+CMSIncrementalMode -XX:-UseAdaptiveSizePolicy -Xmn128M
i also tried with the following:
-Xmx5G -XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -XX:+CMSIncrementalMode -XX:-UseAdaptiveSizePolicy -Xmn128M

-Xmx2G -XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -XX:+CMSIncrementalMode -XX:-UseAdaptiveSizePolicy -Xmn128M

I've got an Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3337U CPU @1.80 GHz with 4.0 GB of RAM and a 64bits system. My minecraft is set to boot with a resolution of 854 x 480 while my monitor has a resolution of 1366 x 768 using an Intel(R) HD graphics 4000.
