[MC-108195] Ender Dragon stuck in unloaded chunks

Sometimes when you are in the right possition and your render distance is 5 or less the ender dragon is not moving becouse of the chunk is not generated for the ender dragon to fly and you can attack the dragon with bow if you want. its like ender dragon farm. HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND

Is this still an issue in the latest snapshot 16w44a? If so please update the affected versions.
