Dropping items in creative duplicates them

When in the armour equiping or survival section of the creative inventory, dropping items with ctrl + q duplicates them. When you go to pick them up there are twice as many.

1. Enter survival section of creative inventory
2. Drop a stackable item (not in a full stack of 64)
3. Pick up twice as many
