If you get any item and press q on the item IN The Survival Inventory, you get 2 items instead, repeat this again and again till your inventory is empty then right click on the ground to get that item.
I found out the rightclick thing when i was interacting with a sign.and i got that item on my inventory.

But that one requires you to move all items from the hotbar to your survival inventory, the other one requires you to drop that item again and again after all random items go in to every single inventory slot and when the items are gone you just rightclick on the ground or anywhere to get the items back into your inventory.
