Evokers will run from players to perform a spell, but not mobs

The bug

When an evoker is aggressed by a villager or any other mob, it doesn’t run away before preforming a spell like what it does to players.

How to reproduce

  1. Spawn an evoker

  2. Spawn a villager or any other mob that aggresses the evoker

  3. Change into survival mode
    → Notice that the evoker only runs away from players

This can be fixed by either making them run away from mobs or to not make them run away from players.

Does this problem still affect Minecraft 1.11?

Confirmed for iron golems in 19w09a

The evokers literally run up to the iron golem and ask to end it all in raids. This should be fixed.

Confirmed for Minecraft 1.14.2 and Minecraft 1.14.3 Pre-Release 1. This makes evokers super weak in raids because iron golems that spawn from the panicking villagers always kill them.
