I was making a 0 tick pulse generator, I misplaced a block, and I found out that blocks can clip through each other. In the video, I have certain parts slowed down to show this glitch. I do not think it needs to be fixed soon, as it doesn't really effect anything.

Yes. Still have the world, I went to the same exact location and tried it again. (I used OptiFine on accident just now but I tried it again without it, still happens)
For some context, I now have a GTX 1060 3GB with an i7 4790, Java 8 Update 51 on Windows 10.
