[MC-110510] Evokers can see through walls

The bug

Evokers can see through walls, they will start to summon fangs and vexes.

They can also change blue sheep into a red sheep through walls.

How to reproduce

Spawn an evoker and a villager between one thick wall.
→ ❌ The evoker sees through the wall and starts to summon fangs and vexes

This (or something like it) seems to be happening again on 1.19.50. I built a raid farm connected to a trading hall. The golems we're spawned outside the farm, but evokers we're still sending fangs after them and releasing vexes.
