The leading llama in caravans is faster in water than the rest

So I finally found a group of Llama's and I leash 'em right, then I decide to bring them home. On the way home however... I ran into multiple rivers I had to cross, each time the Llamas would be at the edge of the water, bouncing up and down, trying to get on land. I'm not sure if this is related to AI or something, but it was certainly a pain trying to get 8 Llamas to my house with these rivers in the way.

(This didn't happen at every river I crossed however, It was always only a few of the Llamas that would stay in place, in the water.)

Is this still an issue in the most recent versions (currently that is 1.12.2, or the latest 1.13 development snapshot 18w07c) of Minecraft?

I did a few test runs and it seems like the Caravans traverse rivers no problem now, it just seems that they are slower at traversing rivers than the player and the leading Llama are.

I've marked this as cannot reproduce since it's unclear when it was fixed.
