Actually, this still happens in the current state of Minecraft (1.12.2).

I just had it happen to me right in front of my eyes.

I did a few test runs and it seems like the Caravans traverse rivers no problem now, it just seems that they are slower at traversing rivers than the player and the leading Llama are.

This is a case of inconsistency with its face.

So its intended that there is no pumpkin shader when Spectating a Snow Golem?

That isn't how you are supposed to get the Enderdragon head anyway, you have to find an End Pirate ship, it'll be on the mast of the ship. How did you get a Creeper to the End?
