Minecraft Skin Glitch in Minecraft version 1.11.2

In Minecraft 1.11.2, there is a glitch where your Minecraft skin is either Steve or Alex.

I've been doing research for this bug, and there is no help.

When I try to change my skin back to my normal skin it doesn't work.

And also when I join a Minecraft server, it also makes everyone Steve or Alex.
