17w06a - Crash: Reason Unknown. Strange other Occurrences

Forgive me, I don't know any specifics. All i can tell you is that A launcher update had occurred, (many do so didn't think too much of it) and I decided to try out the 17w06a (made back up of my world) I noticed some minuscule lag, chalked it up to just my world loading up. Tinkering around, and noticed when i put a command in a command block, your normal scoreboard testing for scores and such, hadn't made the objective yet. It caused EXTREME LAG haven't a clue why. Went around to a village and then all of a sudden chunk rendering failed and i could see through the mountain.. Various things kept going on and then i was walking around and BAM everything stopped the game froze and stopped responding.. Took forever for a crash report to pop up which I also thought was odd. I don't know what to call this one. It says something about memory..

Mods!! I figured out what the real cause was!! When I add a command block to an existing chain, it begins to LAG SEVERELY! This chain has been in the world for a while. It doesn't matter what the command is! If you could reopen this as the same issue but the reason is known or something or guide me an existing ticket that may be related to this. I really believe this is a bug and not simple lag. Please look into this! Thanks in advance! I can confirm this for 1.11.2 and 17w06a snapshot. Same world. It is happening in the Spawn Chunks! The only way to get around it is to place the command block else where. You can't add anything to an existing chain if the chain has been sitting unchanged for long periods of times! I will continue to update. Everything is fine UNTIL I place an extra command block into a chain or even the area where the chains exist. Even placing a repeat block near by it will still lag! .. I just found a fix before I post this, you have to destroy the chain, then exit your world, then you can replace them. I recommend place the chain blocks first then repeat block at the front, last. I hope this works for others who are having this same problem!!

Update: I regret to inform that the problem returns. It's almost like that area is essentially corrupted now. This isn't the only chain it effects. Even shutting the game down and restarting/reentering the world, doesn't fix it now.
