[MC-115045] 17w13a Crafting not working on servers

I need help. When we updated the server to 17w13a we tried to craft stuff with the advancement system off but we can't craft a thing.

Can you please tell me the solution because that ticket was solved but I can't find the solution in it.

The ticket was marked as fixed in the next snapshot. Snapshots are usually released every Wednesday.
