[MC-117581] Functions not working in 1.12pre3

When you try to use functions (i.e. /function [arg]), it won't work.

The file extension of functions has changed in pre3, now it's ".mcfunction", if you have not renamed them, it will not work.
Likewise, for comments, the prefix is "#", it is no longer "//".

Yep. Already did that. And all the other things I've seen and heard needed to be changed.

Please:
1. Attach the function file
2. Give the command you used to activate it
3. Attach full game log after reproducing the issue
