[MC-118062] Redstone wire texture is not connected when going up a block

The bug

The redstone wire textures are not connected when going up a block, this can be seen with by using

[media]

resource pack.

Note that this doesn't affect the vanilla texture

It does, it's just not visible due to the not filled texture; the model just has a (bit high) offset from the block on the bottom part compared to sides.
