We are unable to place objects down on the ground. It used to work but now it doesn't. Can you please help us fix it?

Could you force a crash & attach a crash report (F3 + C) please?

Hi, do you know we are using a Mac? F3 doesn't do what your asking. It just minimises all open windows/program on the computers.

Apologies. I believe the command is fn + F3 + C.

No probs. I've tried that, but nothing happens. Still have the object in my hand and cannot get rid of it..

You need to hold the keys for 10 seconds and then release.

I did that and then it crashed... it came up saying...
The game crashed whilst manually triggered debug crash
Error: java.lang.Throwable

did you click on "view crash report" ?

Yes but nothing happens.. so I just clicked on ' show more details' instead and I coped and pasted above what it said.

Apparently that's a bug of its own! ( MCL-5627 )

Well then, I'm not sure how to help you. Has the issue fixed itself yet?

If not, I might recommend deleting the playerdata (in .minecraft > saves > world) and recording what items are in your inventory and /giving yourself them.

Please attach that crash report.
Once attached, the report will be reopened automatically.
