Some entities do not directly activate tripwire and pressure plates

The bug

Placing one of the listed entities at the position of tripwire or vice versa does not activate the tripwire until another entity activates it. In this case the tripwire remains active.

This affects pressure plates as well.

This bug affects:

-end crystals

--snowballs- [fixed in 1.16.2-pre1]

--enderpearls- [fixed in 1.16.2-pre1]

-paintings

-item frames

--thrown potions- [fixed in 1.16.2-pre1]

--eggs- [fixed in 1.16.2-pre1]

-eyes of ender

--experience bottles (without orbs)- [fixed in 1.16.2-pre1]

-evoker fangs
 

Way to reproduce:

1) Simply just place an end_crystal/painting/item frame at the position of tripwire (or pressure plate). Notice it doesn't activate.

2) Activate tripwire manually by hovering over it with your body.

3) The tripwire will remain activated.
