Food Saturation on PC

Hi! i have discovered a bug following the current release of Minecraft PC version 1.12. When i first created a new world following the update and ran around, of course my character got hungry. So, i ate porkchop and stood still while my hearts replenished. However to my surprise my food saturation went down two food bars just by standing still while my hearts came back. There was another occasion where the food bars glitched and instead of being full food bars i went down too two and a half. there is some kind of glitch in the food saturation part of the game that i hope will be fixed soon.
