Can't change language of narrator; uses system language instead of game language

The bug

Narrator is in English, but my Minecraft is in Portuguese so the narrator is narrating words in Portuguese with an English accent.

currently the narrator has only the English accent. narrator is currently a new feature, and narrator uses the pc's narrator.

Why would you file this as a bug instead of going somewhere like Reddit and asking?

@Jaret

Because this is a think that need be remembered, and not a simple question that we have on forums like Reddit

Is this still a issue in the latest version of the game(currently 1.13.1)?

If so, please add it to the affected versions, thanks!

I solved this by messing around in the Registry Editor so Minecraft can detect my chosen TTS language: https://www.ghacks.net/2018/08/11/unlock-all-windows-10-tts-voices-system-wide-to-get-more-of-them/

This is working as intended. There is a multitude of available narrator voices that you can choose from, and you can change that in your system settings.

On Windows, you can find these settings by pressing "WindowsKey+R" and then pasting C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Speech\SpeechUX\sapi.cpl in the search box and pressing enter. If you don't have a specific narration voice installed, you will have to install it.
