[MC-120704] The Heads in 1.10.2 and up and flipped.

In Minecraft 1.10.2 and Up, All Heads have been flipped. It is really hard to know which head is which in Creative servers when they have entire pages of 'em. To be clear, the back side of the head is facing me, but the front side, or the face, is looking to the other side.

This ticket is invalid as it relates to a modified or 3rd party client, server, or launcher.

Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
This site is for addressing issues related to the base unmodded Minecraft; Bukkit, Forge, Optifine, modded servers such as The Hive, Overcast, Showbot, Hypixel or any other modded system invalidates your ticket, unless the behavior can be reproduced in Vanilla.
Additionally, if you have problems on large-scale modded servers, please report it to their site. It's probably not a bug in Vanilla Minecraft.

Update: SO SORRY! It seems to be an error in the server resource pack which is in 1.10, not 1.10.2, so in 1.10.2 the files could have when run by a 1.10.2 user so it seems to be on their end. Again, So sorry! I will report the bug to them now.
