[MC-120747] Stairs Change Hitbox While Moving (Piston)

After putting together some tests, it's hard to get a specific cause of this bug, or find any consistency between variables. All test are shown in pictures and short video.

Can you see if this still happens in the latest snapshots? I think this should be fixed.

I just tried this in 17w48a and it didn't fix for me. I haven't played much in the new snapshot, because I'm not personally ready for some of the changes (different chat/commands), but I am super excited for some of the other ones (like different wood buttons, etc.)

Probably not actually an issue 17w48a, a different issue was tested for this version. In 18w02a, and probably earlier, both issues are fixed.
